RESPONSIBILITIES

As a member of the Control and Instrumentation team, you will be responsible for executing maintenance work on instrumentation and control systems in the power plant effectively, efficiently, and to comply with safety and regulatory requirements.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Control and Software Engineer to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of advanced control systems and embedded software for next-generation Solid State Transformers (SST), high-power grid-tied inverters, and large-scale renewable energy integration platforms.

You will drive technical innovation in medium- and high-voltage power electronics for applications including data center electrification, utility-scale renewables, microgrids, EV charging infrastructure, and smart grid systems. This senior role involves end-to-end technical ownership—from control strategy definition and system modeling to real-time software implementation, validation, and field deployment—while mentoring junior engineers and influencing technology roadmap decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibility:

• Managing Account Receivable

• Following up on overdue invoices and late payments

• Ensure timely collection to maintain healthy cash flow

• Collaborating with sales team and clients to address queries or discrepancies

• Updating AR reports

• Any other adhoc duties assigned by superior

- Maintain DSO not higher than 50 days

- Maintain AR past due % @ < 40%

- AR > 120 days - no repetitive customer for 3 months (continuously)

Education & Certifications:

• Minimum GCE O Level and above

Requirement:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Credit Control or related role

• Meticulous and detail-oriented

• Proficiency Microsoft office applications

• Good communication and interpersonal skill

• Experience in Oracle system

• Able to work in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
