• Develop and sustain the Quality Management System in line with the required industry standards, accreditation, internal and regulatory/ legal requirements .
• Manage the audit program to ensure all nonconformities raised by external audits are effectively corrected and independently verified.
• Lead the team to ISO certification and in achieving target for customer and business goal.
• Organize and managing internal and external audits, work with all section head for improvement.
• Ensure that QMS documentations are organized and retrievable.
• Determine impact and required changes when documents are created or revised.
• Manage the monitoring, measurement, review and improvement of internal processes.

Position Overview

Responsible for leading the Quality Assurance function to ensure all products meet customer, regulatory, and internal quality standards. Oversees quality systems, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management System (QMS)
• Ensure compliance with ISO & IATF standards and regulatory requirements
• Lead internal and external audits, including customer audits
• Handle customer complaints and implement corrective & preventive actions (8D)
• Monitor quality performance (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement
• Manage incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities
• Work closely with production, engineering, and suppliers to resolve quality issues
• Lead and train QA/QC team members
• Oversee documentation control and quality records
• Support new product development and process validation

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Quality Management or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in QA/QC, with at least 2 years in managerial role
• Experience in manufacturing environment (preferably metal, fasteners, or machining industry)
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 & IATF16949 and quality tools (e.g., 7 QC tools, FMEA, SPC)
• Experience in handling audits and customer complaints
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is an added advantage
• Good at Excel and Power point skills
