• Automation dashboards software (Power BI, Power Automate)

• Responsible for product quality for the hydraulic systems like pumps, valves, power unit and cylinders.
• Responsible for customer complaints and initiate closure through systematic problem solving within defined timeline.
• Coordinating and resolving the internal/external Product/process quality topics along with CFT team involving Q-Methods support. Q-table participation from QMM department.
• Moderating Manufacturing Works quality to drive the corrective actions. Independent verification for corrective action implementation & effectiveness.
• Conduct process audit as per VDA standard, system audit as per ISO 9001 standard and spot audit.
• Representing Ahmedabad plant during various meeting with Germany team.
• Customer engagement through virtual and face to face meetings
• PPAP/ISIR submission to customers with compiling necessary Quality reporting from Manufacturing
• Moderation/Coaching of Quality Methods – FMEA, CP, 8D, 4Q and QG/APQP Support during ISO 9001 external audit

About the Role

As the Head of AI Engineering, you will lead and scale our AI Engineering function across enterprise deployments. You will define the technical vision, build and mentor a high-performing team, and ensure that AI solutions move beyond proof-of-concept into reliable, production-grade systems that drive measurable business impact.

This is a player-coach role — you will both guide strategy and remain close to the technology. You will oversee multiple enterprise engagements, shape system architecture standards, and ensure delivery excellence across all implementations.

What You'll Do

AI Engineering Leadership

• Define and drive the overall AI engineering strategy, architecture standards, and best practices
• Build, mentor, and lead a team of AI engineers across multiple projects
• Establish scalable delivery processes, code standards, and quality benchmarks

Enterprise AI Delivery Oversight

Technical Strategy & Innovation

Product & Cross-functional Impact

• Identify patterns across enterprise projects and translate them into product opportunities

Must-Haves

• 5+ years in software engineering, with 3–5+ years in AI/ML systems in production
• Proven experience leading engineering teams or technical organizations
• Deep hands-on experience with:
• LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, OSS models)
• Prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, evaluation

The Project Engineer/Manager is responsible for leading and delivering multiple lighting projects from initiation through completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role involves coordinating closely with internal teams, manufacturers, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution while preserving the intended lighting design and technical requirements.

The Project Engineer/Manager oversees project planning, scheduling, site supervision, risk management, and documentation, while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. This position also plays a key role in maintaining strong client relationships, providing regular project updates, and ensuring successful delivery of lighting solutions across multiple project sites.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the full lifecycle of multiple lighting projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

·  Coordinate with internal teams, manufacturers, clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution and preserve design intent.

·  Develop and manage project schedules, timelines, and budgets, proactively addressing variances to protect project margins.

·  Supervise site installations and activities, ensuring compliance with approved designs, safety standards, and testing & commissioning requirements. Champion a zero-incident culture and robust QA and QC.

·  Identify and manage project risks, issues, and change control to avoid delays and cost overruns.

·  Provide regular project reviews, status updates, and forecasts to stakeholders and management.

·  Oversee project documentation, quality compliance, and client relationships, ensuring successful project delivery and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications and Experience

·  Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building Services, Project Management, or a related field.

·  Minimum 5-8 years of project management experience, preferably in lighting, construction, or engineering industries.

·  Proven ability to lead and guide project teams and influence external site team.

·  Strong knowledge of lighting systems, controls, construction processes, and project coordination.

·  Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and delivery standards.

·  Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage clients and senior stakeholders.

·  Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Project); experience with AutoCAD, DIALux, or similar software is an advantage.
