This role is pivotal in overseeing and integrating our Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE), and Quality Control (QC) functions. Key Responsibilities

• Quality Control (QC):

  • Oversee the entire quality control process for incoming raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure they meet stringent internal specifications and external regulatory requirements.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring alignment with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.

  • Lead internal and external quality audits, managing non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensuring timely and effective closure of corrective actions.

  • Establish and monitor key quality performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in product quality and process efficiency.

  • Collaborate closely with production, procurement, and R&D teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement process improvements.

• General:

  • Prepare and present regular HSE and QC performance reports to management, supporting data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in a combined HSE and Quality Control management role, preferably within a manufacturing, chemical, or construction materials environment.

As a Quality Control Inspector, you'll be reporting to an Inspection Team Leader and working as a part of our Operations team. At QIMA, the role of Operations is to deliver our industry-leading services to our clients while ensuring that all the work is performed to the QIMA standard of quality. Job Summary

The Project Quality Manager leads the implementation of Quality Management Systems for offshore Oil and Gas EPCIO projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements while driving quality excellence across project phases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project-specific quality plans, procedures, and inspection/test plans (ITPs) to ensure quality standards are met
• Lead quality assurance, quality control, and testing activities during engineering, procurement, construction, installation, and operations & maintenance phases
• Ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001, API, and ASME throughout project execution
• Conduct regular quality audits, inspections, and testing to monitor adherence to specifications and identify non-conformances
• Manage non-conformance issues and oversee timely resolution to maintain project quality integrity
• Review and approve quality documentation including plans and ITPs to align with project requirements
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality to monitor project performance

Required competencies and certifications

• Proven experience managing quality processes across large-scale offshore oil and gas EPCIO projects
• Strong knowledge of international quality standards including ISO 9001, API, and ASME
• Expertise in non-destructive testing (NDT) methods, welding standards, and material inspection
• Familiarity with offshore fabrication, installation, and inspection processes
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills to manage multiple stakeholders and project pressures
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities focused on root cause analysis and process improvement

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or related field
• Master’s degree is a plus

Responsibilities

·        Provide control testing on critical functions and key AML/ CFT/ Sanctions/ Fraud policies procedures, guidelines

·        Proactively suggest suitable and relevant operational advisory to business units for key processes such as customer on-boarding and retention of customer relationships
