What you will own:
Preliminary cost estimates for new projects from SketchUp models and partial scopes — not just completed BQs. Full tender packages to subcontractors and suppliers. Price benchmarking and negotiation. • Minimum 5 years of working experience in similar capacity in building construction industry
• Strong technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical trades
• Good knowledge of Local Code/Regulation pertaining to M&E services and building construction
• Ability to analyze and synthesize complex issues quickly and propose counter measures to settle the issues
• Strong time management skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage particular tasks put in his charge
• Good leadership and communication skills, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Remuneration shall commensurate with working experience and qualifications.
