The Assistant Manager / Senior Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the end-to-end administration, governance, and operational management of research grants and funded programmes across the grant lifecycle effectively.

This role serves as a key liaison between Principal Investigators (PIs), research teams, internal and external stakeholders to oversee pre-award and post-award grant activities, monitor grant utilization and reporting requirements, manpower management and ensure timely resolution of operational and compliance matters, for smooth coordination, accountability, and delivery of funded research initiatives.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

6. Contracts and Agreements Management

• Draft, review and negotiate research contracts, collaboration agreements, material transfer agreements etc., while liasing with legal teams.
• Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and funding terms.
• Contract lifecycle management.
• Study and understand relevant IRB protocols to advise research teams about study feasibility.

7. Research Infrastructure/Programme Development and Strategic Support

• Manage and contribute to the planning and implementation of new research initiatives, platforms, of foundational capabilities.
• Support the establishment, implementation, and operationalization of research and grant management infrastructure to support research programmes and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate processes, workflows and governance frameworks required to support the research programme operations.
• Support onboarding and coordination of research programme resources, stakeholders and operational requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Sciences, Life Science, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of grant documentation reports and correspondence.
• Experience in grant administration, research management or research operations.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and performance-oriented Loan Business Relationship Manager (LBRM) to expand our SME financing portfolio through new client acquisition and relationship management. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, evaluating financing needs, and managing client relationships throughout the entire lending lifecycle.

• Identify and engage SME businesses seeking unsecured working capital financing solutions.
• Develop and sustain a healthy sales pipeline through direct prospecting, referrals, networking, and strategic business partnerships.
• Perform initial credit evaluations by reviewing financial statements, bank records, and ACRA reports.
• Recommend and structure financing solutions tailored to clients’ funding requirements and cash flow positions.
• Oversee the complete sales process, from lead generation and client engagement to application submission, negotiation, approval, and loan disbursement.
• Collaborate closely with internal credit and operations teams to facilitate efficient processing and execution of financing transactions.
• Foster strong client relationships after disbursement to encourage repeat business and generate referrals.
• Monitor portfolio performance, including repayment behaviour, and manage account renewals when required.
• Undertake any additional duties or projects assigned by management.

Requirements

• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in SME financing, unsecured lending, or business loan sales within Singapore.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing, securing, and closing unsecured business financing deals.
• Strong knowledge of SME financial analysis, cash flow assessment, and credit evaluation methodologies.
• Highly self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently in a sales-driven environment.
• An established network of SME clients, business introducers, brokers, or referral partners will be advantageous.

The Market Manager - Lithography is responsible for will develop and execute the market strategy for Pall’s lithography-related filtration and purification solutions. This role translates customer, technology, and market insights into clear growth priorities, product positioning, funnel development, and commercial execution plans that strengthen Pall’s position with semiconductor manufacturers, integrated device manufacturers, foundries, memory producers, material suppliers, and ecosystem partners.

This position reports to the Director – Marker & Applications and is part of Microelectronics Marketing located in Singapore, Taiwan or Port Washinton, this will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Develop and execute the lithography market growth strategy, including segmentation, priority applications, target accounts, competitive positioning, and growth initiatives.

• Lead NPD projects in close collaboration with R&D, SLS, and other key functions, guiding initiatives from concept through launch.

• Partner with regional sales, global product management, technology, applications, and operations teams to translate lithography market trends into actionable commercial plans and funnel opportunities.

• Build deep customer and ecosystem insights across photoresist, wet chemicals, advanced nodes, packaging, and related lithography process applications to identify unmet needs and shape product roadmap priorities.

• Lead market analysis, voice-of-customer work, competitive intelligence, pricing input, and demand outlooks to support strategic planning and business reviews.

The essential requirements of the job include

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, Business, or a related field,

• Minimum 10 years of experience in semiconductors, microelectronics, specialty chemicals, filtration, purification, or related advanced manufacturing markets.

• Technical expertise in lithography, photoresist, aqueous chemicals, semiconductor process materials, semiconductor process equipment, or adjacent wafer fabrication applications.

• Experience in market management, product management, strategic marketing, business development, technical sales, or commercial strategy in a business-to-business technical environment.

• Ability to travel 30–50% of the time within Asia and to global customer sites, Pall locations, industry events, and regional business meetings.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• MBA or an advanced degree in a relevant technical discipline.

• Proficiency in additional languages (e.g. Korean, Japanese, Mandarin, or other relevant languages) to support regional collaboration.

• Demonstrated experience with Danaher Business System (DBS) tools, including funnel management, value-based selling, and structured voice-of-customer methodologies.
