• 至少 5-8 年快速消費品銷售或重點客戶管理經驗，其中至少2-3 年擔任主管或經理。
• 在管理國際和本地連鎖客戶方面擁有成功經驗（例如屈臣氏、99 Speedmart、Econsave）。
• 精通英語（書面及口頭）和普通話者優先考慮。
• 較強的分析思考能力、商業意識及結構化規劃能力。
• 優秀的溝通、人際交往和談判技巧。

主要職責

• 管理、評估和任命分銷商，以確保現代貿易帳戶和區域覆蓋的出色執行。
• 與主要客戶建立長期合作關係，同時尋找新的商機。
• 監控銷售業績、客戶行為和產品趨勢，為策略決策提供支援。
• 與內部團隊（行銷、供應鏈、財務）緊密協調，確保重點客戶計畫的及時執行。
• 身為國際買家和全球品類經理的主要高階聯絡人，確保跨職能部門的無縫協作。
• 主動解決客戶問題，確保客戶滿意度和客戶留存率。
• 指導和培養初級團隊成員，提升績效並支持其發展。制定、實施並領導所負責的國內和國際/海外重點客戶的長期策略業務計劃（聯合業務計劃 - JBP）。
• 定期準備並向管理層和客戶提交業務回顧和進度報告。經銷商管理經驗：具備管理、推廣和管理第三方經銷商的豐富經驗。必須了解如何平衡分銷商的進貨/出貨量，並管理分銷商的營運協調。
• 國際客戶業績記錄：擁有成功管理和與外國客戶、跨國公司 (MNC) 或全球現代貿易零售連鎖店談判的經驗。
