Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of software engineering experience, with mandatory and proven proficiency in backend development, API design, and system architecture.
• GenAI/LLM Experience: Hands-on experience building applications using AI middleware/frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph) and managed LLM services.
• Cloud Ecosystem: Strong familiarity with cloud service providers. Deep knowledge of the AWS ecosystem (specifically AWS Bedrock, Bedrock Agents, OpenSearch) is highly preferred, though equivalent experience in Azure or GCP is acceptable.

Job Summary

The Production Engineer supports and optimizes daily electroplating operations to ensure consistent product quality, efficient production flow, and compliance with safety and environmental standards. The role requires strong knowledge of plating processes, chemical bath control, equipment maintenance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Process Parameter Control

• Perform daily checks on all process parameters (temperature, pH, current, bath levels, flow, pump condition).

• Audit operators to ensure each process step is carried out according to specification and SOP.

• Train operators on proper equipment usage: valve operation, pump priming and air-trap checks, chiller operation, and basic line troubleshooting.

• Ensure timely correction actions when deviations are found.

2. Process Optimization

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on IT Infrastructure & Support Engineer to support and maintain our organization’s IT systems and infrastructure. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our IT environment while providing technical support to users.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage user accounts, access rights, and device provisioning

• Administer and maintain servers, storage systems, network equipment, and cloud services

• Support Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms, and business applications

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues

• Manage LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, wireless networks, and internet connectivity

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and manage of all aspect of utilities coordination related works.
• Communicate and coordinate with multiple parties not limiting to design consultants/engineers, other departments, clients’ project representatives, statutory / authority agencies etc. for the establishment of the work deliverables requirements for submission and engineering works.
• Highlight any discrepancies and advise the staff on the interfacing of utility services and related works.

Requirements

Service Engineer is responsible for providing the company’s after sales technical and services supports. Provides technical advices, recommend scheduled maintenance, assist in product roll-out and start-up, maintain current equipment and resolve faults as required.

Key Responsibilities & Duties ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

• Provide reactive call-out response and exceptional service to Customers
• Installation of systems and products
• Provide Customer with product training
• Carry out hardware and software modifications/upgrades on existing sited equipment
• Regular Preventative maintenance of existing products
• Management and control of spare parts for product repair and upgrade
• Communication and escalation of any service issues in line with the relevant processes
• Cover for other regions during periods of high workload
• Working as part of a team or individually responding to on site customer support requests
• Weekend call-out cover – dependent on region
• Logical approach to fault finding

Academic Qualifications ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

• Minimum 1 year related technical maintenance / service support experience
• Recognized engineering qualification – preferably electrical/electronic

• Maintain accurate and current equipment documentation, schematics and preventive maintenance procedures;
• Assist and coordinate to help ensure all technical products leaving TCS have been tested and in good working condition;
• Provide all necessary product, troubleshooting, maintenance and general training to team members and provide updates and direction on new products, technical bulletins, services procedures, etc.;
• Track all maintenance and installation work at customer sites and ensure the proper documentation and forms are completed with the customer and are submitted for internal tracking and finance.
• Installation, testing & QA of new software versions prior to release to the customer.
