• Ensure compliance with quality management systems, regulatory requirements, and manufacturing procedures.
• Oversee process transfers, equipment qualifications, validations, and implementation of manufacturing improvements.
• Track and improve key production metrics, including yield, output, on-time delivery, and operational costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production goals, resolve operational issues, and improve processes.
• Lead workforce development, safety initiatives, audit readiness, and production documentation to ensure a compliant and high-performing operation.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production or manufacturing management within a regulated environment.
• Experience leading production teams and managing high-volume manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with production planning, quality systems, process validation, compliance requirements, and operational KPI management.

Working Hour: Regular Office Hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate production loading to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.
• Work with Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams to ensure material availability and production readiness.
• Perform capacity analysis and optimize loading plans to maximize manufacturing output.
• Support production scheduling, engineering builds, and operational improvements.
• Participate in SAP S/4HANA User Acceptance Testing (UAT), process validation, and system migration activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, automation, and digital solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines).

• Experience in production planning, manufacturing planning, supply chain planning, or industrial engineering is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP is advantageous.
• Experience in semiconductor or manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, UAT, automation, AI tools, or digital transformation projects will be an added advantage.
