Responsibilities:
As a Site Operations individual contributor, you will develop and execute a holistic strategy and be part of a global team dedicated to this function across all Assembly and Test manufacturing locations.
In this role you will participate in the implementation of the global supply and corresponding inventory strategy by establishing key supply readiness strategy, identifying required implementation resources and developing communication channels and tools to introduce the new strategy.
You will also be part of the team in the supply strategy development through understanding of current and future needs, analyzing market and company trends, performing the benchmarking of world-class approaches, as well as identifying opportunities to leverage changes in processes, systems and product/services. Then prioritize and drive the implementation based upon estimating timing and level of efficiency captured.
Other responsibilities include ensuring department compliance to company policies and departmental procedures. You will be responsible for providing input back to leadership on the building and implementing department strategies, processes, and policy through active participation on teams and projects.
Roles Responsibilities
• Be the single owner for site inventory management, perform DIO optimization through Excess & Obsolescence, Reserve, Scrap disposition with Material/Site Planners, Warehouse & Finance.
• Be the point of contact for site specific initiative, project and escalation point of contact.
• Be the site audit SPS (Quality audit, customer audit and compliance audit). Process owner for “Manage Materials”.
• Drive Warehouse Capacity readiness to support production ramp through collaboration with Warehouse team and Materials Planning and Manufacturing.
• Lead “Manage Source to Pay” metrics performance and status update in site staff meeting.
• Weekly WOS (BOM and Indirect) status update reporting includes NPI materials. Attend site specific demand vs supply review.
• Lead the Incoming Quality issue resolution, GR, Invoice & Pricing discrepancy reconciliation.
• BKM and drive improvement
• SME for system and tools and process
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in:
• Engineering
• Supply Chain Management
• Related field of study
Experiences
Minimum 5 years' experience in one or more of the following: Engineering, Purchasing/Procurement, Supply Chain
Qualifications

· Able to work independently as well as with a cross functional team.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications and knowledge of SAP will be added advantage.
