This full-time opportunity sits within the firm’s Investor Relations & Corporate Communications (IRCC) team, offering exposure to the full spectrum of integrated communications across Investor Relations (IR), Corporate Communications and Brand for a global, publicly-listed multinational that is an STI constituent (market capitalisation: ~S$8 billion). The IRCC team shapes the external perception of the firm and provides opportunities for regular interaction with senior management.
The ideal candidate is inquisitive, detail-oriented and confident engaging with complex financial, operational and strategic topics. The role requires the individual to understand financial numbers, connect the dots between performance and strategy, and distil clear, credible and differentiated messaging for the investment community. This role involves close collaboration across the organisation, as well as with external advisors and stakeholders.
It is seeking an IR professional who takes ownership of outcomes and enjoys translating numbers into a clear and compelling equity narrative for a growing, global company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of the firm’s investor relations strategy to strengthen investor understanding and confidence in the Group’s strategy, performance and long-term value proposition
- Synthesise inputs from Finance, business units and management to ensure investor communications are consistent, strategically aligned and focused on what matters most to the market
- Actively support engagement with institutional investors, analysts and other capital market stakeholders through investor meetings (group and one-on-one), site visits, roadshows and conferences
- Prepare high-quality investor communications materials, including earnings presentations, investor decks, Q&A briefing documents, and key messages for results announcements and investor engagements, in close collaboration with external advisors
- Maintain and enhance IR content across relevant platforms, including the investor relations section of the corporate website, ensuring accuracy, clarity and timeliness
- Monitor and analyse relevant market developments, peer performance, analyst reports, investor feedback and share price movements, and provide insights to senior management
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline
- At least 3–6 years of relevant experience in investor relations, equity research, or a related field. Some experience working with SGX listed companies is required
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proactive and self-motivated; ability to work independently
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesise financial, operational and strategic information clearly
- Ability to develop a strong understanding of the firm’s business model, operations, project portfolio and end-markets to support clear, consistent and credible investor messaging
- Confident communicator, with strong writing skills and the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and structured manner
- High attention to detail, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
- Ability to interpret financial data, exercise sound judgement and extract relevant insights effectively from stakeholders.
- Highly proficient in creating impactful and professional investor decks using Microsoft PowerPoint.

- Open to being based at Gul Road office location and the official work hours of 730 am to 530 pm (NOTE- the co provides island wide transport services to the office. The co also allows a hybrid work arrangement of 3 workdays per week in office).
