As a Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of our solutions and services. You will work closely with customers as their trusted advisor, and with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process. Your deep understanding of our products, services, and the cybersecurity landscape will enable you to effectively address customer needs and demonstrate the value of our solutions. You will also participate and speak at trade shows, seminars, and other marketing events where the company is actively participating.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary technical point of contact throughout the sales cycle.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
Conduct in-depth technical presentations and product demonstrations, effectively communicating the technical capabilities and business value of the Company solutions.

Build and maintain strong technical relationships with key customer stakeholders and be the customer’s trusted advisor.
Understand customer's security challenges, technical requirements, and existing infrastructure to propose tailored solutions.
Design, deploy, and manage Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) and evaluations, ensuring successful outcomes and demonstrating the effectiveness of the Company solutions.
Assist in the creation of technical documentation, proposals, and RFP responses.
Deliver health-checks and workshops for existing customers, retaining and expanding their footprint.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
Stay up to date on the latest cybersecurity threats, attacks, and trends.
Work closely with the product management and engineering teams to relay customer feedback, market trends, and contribute to product development.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our solutions and generate leads.
Own and maintain the technical relationship with the Company partners community within the assigned territory.
Provide technical training and support to sales team members and partners

3+ years of experience in a sales engineering, technical pre-sales, security consulting, or similar roles in the cybersecurity industry.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt and convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Deep understanding of networking protocols, network security concepts, and security architectures.
Strong knowledge of threat detection methodologies, incident response processes, and common attack vectors.
Experience with Threat Detection and Response solutions, such as SIEM, NDR, EDR, UEBA, and SOAR.
Proven ability to conduct effective product demonstrations and POCs.
Proven track record of supporting successful sales cycles and achieving sales targets.
Industry certifications such as CISSP, CEH, SANS, or similar are a plus.
Familiarity with Linux CLI and basic scripting/programming skills.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
Team player, with a genuine collaborative attitude and willingness to share with and inspire others.

To support the expansion of our team, we are seeking to hire in Bangalore a dynamic and motivated Electrical & Industrialization Engineer – Traction Power Systems - SHIN.

As a key member of the engineering team, interfacing with our production sites, your primary responsibilities will include:

Production Support: Interface with customer project teams and production sites to support and facilitate the seamless transfer of electrical manufacturing processes to the Bangalore facility. Ensure alignment with local and international standards and support the ramp-up of new production lines. Use Panel 3D to produce detailed wiring lists for production.

Technical Problem Solving: Provide on-site technical support to resolve complex electrical issues during the production, assembly, and testing phases. Troubleshoot and implement corrective actions for electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety and performance requirements.
Design & Documentation: Update and maintain electrical documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams using industry-standard tools (e.g., Schemelect)

Use wire checking features within our schematic software (Schemelect) to validate designs and perform documentation updates as required.
Incorporate modifications from customer project teams and production feedback, ensuring documentation is accurate and revision controlled.

Data Management: Manage the creation and modification of Bills of Materials (BOM) and electrical item masters within the ERP system (e.g., ORACLE).
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Partner with procurement, production, and quality teams to provide electrical engineering expertise. Collaborate with international stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize manufacturing efficiency.
Initiative: Take decisive action to resolve electrical malfunctions in client projects, manage workflows, and ensure all deliverables meet strict project schedules. Proactively identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.

You will need to demonstrate flexibility in your working hours to ensure effective collaboration with production sites and international stakeholders across different time zones.

Qualification and Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Experience:

Minimum 4 years of experience in electrical systems, with a strong background in electrical engineering.

Skills:

Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., EPLAN, Schemelect, etc.).
Strong understanding of Electrical Design Principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills: ability to work independently and as part of a team, interacting with international colleagues (mainly Europe).
Knowledge and proficiency in ERP tools (Oracle is a plus).
Knowledge of electrical distribution equipment and industry standards (e.g., IEC, UL).

Understanding of manufacturing processes and industrialisation techniques.
