Key Responsibilities

• Establish and update progress report (for sub-contractor & for site).
• Establish work scheduling, monitoring and taking pre-cautionary action to anticipate progress delays.
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures for on-site execution.
• Handle clarification problem at site or workshop for product to be delivered to client.
• Conduct safety briefing and documentation assessment at site.
• Handle Variation Order settlement with client.
• Ensure packing list & monitoring delivery to site.
• Monitor Site Engineers activities and report progress status.
• Carry out any other duties or ad hoc tasks as assigned by Management.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE GENERALLY REQUIRED

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering disciplines or its equivalent.
• At least three (3) years working experiences in civil project work/ palm oil mill construction project/ heavy machinery installment and structural building.
• Preferably bilingual in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Meticulous and great attention to details.
• Independent and can work with minimum supervision and guidance.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, AutoCAD and Autodesk inventor.

一般要求的資格和經驗

• 機械工程相關專業學位或同等學歷。
• 至少三年土木工程項目/棕櫚油廠建設項目/重型機械安裝和結構建築方面的工作經驗。
• 最好會說英語和馬來語。
• 做事一絲不苟，非常注重細節。
• 獨立性強，能夠在最少的監督和指導下工作。
• 熟練 Microsoft Word、Excel、Outlook、AutoCAD 和 Autodesk Inventor 等電腦軟體。

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for all machinery & factory maintenance and repairs (Tsugami, Tornos Deco, Escomatic).
2. Troubleshoot and diagnosed machines under repair.
3. Coordinate with external machine service providers for repair and/or support quotation and follow up till machine has been repaired.
4. Upkeep in-house maintenance program.
5. Maintenance a comprehensive machine downtime history and review and recommend improvement to machine maintenance programme.
6. Maintain and further improve in-house facilities and equipment.
7. New machine location and installation.
8. Sourcing and purchase of machine/facilities suppliers and spare parts.
9. Allocate jobs for optimum maintenance and repairs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as maintenance technician.
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems.
• Familiarity of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices.
• Solid physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime.

• 身體素質好，力氣大，願意加班。
