Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales:
â—ŹÂ Â Â Â Â Â Identify, prospect, and develop new cleanrooms, operating theatres, laboratories, controlled environments, data centres and ACMV project opportunities within Singapore and targeted Southeast Asian markets.
â—ŹÂ Â Â Â Â Â Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers, including M&E consultants, architects, developers, main contractors, and facility managers, data centre operators and end-users.
●      Actively track and participate in public and private tenders, ensuring timely and competitive and compliant bid submissions.
●      Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s market share in the SEA region.
Technical Consultation & Proposal Generation:
â—ŹÂ Â Â Â Â Â Analyze clients' technical requirements / user requirement specifications, tender documents, and cleanroom specifications(e.g., ISO classification, temperature/humidity controls, HEPA filtration, and pressurization needs).
â—ŹÂ Â Â Â Â Â Support preliminary site assessments and coordinate with internal engineering teams on technical solutions.
â—ŹÂ Â Â Â Â Â Coordinate with the internal design and estimation teams to prepare quotations and technical proposals.
â—ŹÂ Â Â Â Â Â Deliver compelling technical presentations to clients, clearly articulating our value proposition and engineering capabilities.
Commercial Negotiation & Account Management:
â—ŹÂ Â Â Â Â Â Support commercial discussions and negotiations with clients under management guidance.
â—ŹÂ Â Â Â Â Â Coordinate a seamless handover of awarded contracts to the Project Management and Engineering teams, ensuring clear alignment of client requirements/expectations.
â—ŹÂ Â Â Â Â Â Serve as the key account manager for existing clients, handling technical inquiries and fostering repeat business.
â—ŹÂ Â Â Â Â Â Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes within the regional cleanroom and HVAC sectors to keep the company competitive.
Requirements & Qualifications:
●      Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Building Services, or a related technical discipline.
●      Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of proven technical sales, project sales, or business development experience in the ACMV/HVAC industry. Prior experience in cleanroom, controlled environment, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or healthcare-related ACMV projects will be astrong advantage.
â—ŹÂ Â Â Â Â Â Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of ACMV / HVAC systems, cleanroom and controlled environment design principles,laboratory requirements, cleanroom standards (e.g., ISO 14644), psychrometrics, and advanced air distribution systems.
â—ŹÂ Â Â Â Â Â Network: Established network of contacts with local M&E consultants, main contractors, and facility operators in the pharmaceutical, semiconductor, healthcare, laboratory, or data centre sectors is a significant advantage.
â—ŹÂ Â Â Â Â Â Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
â—ŹÂ Â Â Â Â Â Mobility: Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia as required to support regional business development. Willingness to travel to project sites.
