Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on IT Infrastructure & Support Engineer to support and maintain our organization’s IT systems and infrastructure. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our IT environment while providing technical support to users.
Job Responsibilities
Manage user accounts, access rights, and device provisioning
Administer and maintain servers, storage systems, network equipment, and cloud services
Support Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms, and business applications
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Manage LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, wireless networks, and internet connectivity
Support vulnerability management, patch management, and endpoint security initiatives
Investigate and respond to IT and security incidents
Maintain IT asset inventory and manage software licensing
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
Raise Purchase Orders (POs) for IT hardware, software licenses, subscriptions, and services in accordance with company procurement policies
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure and support
Solid working knowledge of:
IT support and troubleshooting
Networking and Windows Domain environments
Microsoft 365 administration
AWS cloud technologies
Network and information security practices
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Proactive, resourceful, and committed to continuous learning
