- Perform machine set up, adjustment and tooling arrangement for CNC Grinding machines.
- Read and interpret machining drawing, GD&T, tolerance requirements.
- Select correct grinding wheel, speed, feed, fixture and clamping method.
- Perform offset adjustment, dressing and balancing of grinding wheel.
- Operate machine to produce parts according to quality / dimension target.
- Conduct in-process measurement using micrometer, Vernier caliper, height gauge, profile projector, CMM (if required).
- Ensure part quality meets drawing specification and customer requirement.
- Maintain good housekeeping 5S around machine area.
- Report any abnormality, machine breakdown or quality deviation to superior immediately.
- Follow safety rules, PPE and company SOP at all times.
- To carry out ISO9001, ISO 14001and IATF16949 activities.
- Any others matters required by the management.

Production
We utilize the advanced technology to streamline precision metal stamping processes and achieve our goal of zero defects. Our press capacity ranges from 30 to 300 tons. We also provide secondary operations including deburring, tapping, cleaning, and spray painting. We also have approved vendors for the heat treating and plating process.
