Position Overview：

As a Sales Engineer, you will serve as a key communication bridge between our Malaysia team and U.S. retail customers as well as the U.S. sales team. This role primarily communicates with customers through email, ensuring product requirements are accurately understood and efficiently implemented. You will coordinate with R&D, production, quality, and logistics departments to drive the full cycle of product development and delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective order execution.

What You'll Be Doing:

Customer Communication & Order Management

• Communicate with U.S. retail customers via email to clarify product pricing, specifications, and requirements.
• Receive and enter customer orders into the system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Convey customer requirements to the R&D team and assist in product design or modification.
• Follow up on customer feedback and complaints to ensure timely resolution.
• Assist in hosting customer visits, including factory tours, quality inspections, and technical discussions.

Internal Coordination & Process Follow-up

• Work closely with the R&D team to explore customer requirements in depth, support feasibility evaluation, and follow up on R&D progress.
• Collaborate with production, production planning, purchasing, and quality departments to ensure products are manufactured on schedule and meet quality standards.
• Track customer-requested changes during the production stage and promptly communicate them to relevant internal departments.
• Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure products are safely and punctually delivered to customers via container sea freight.

Sales Support

• Assist the U.S. sales team in preparing quotations, technical proposals, and related documentation.
• Support the preparation of sales reports, market analysis, and maintenance of customer information.

Your Background & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline.
• More than 1 year of experience in sales support, order management, or related roles; candidates with both engineering and business backgrounds are preferred.
• Fresh graduates who are proficient in both Chinese and English are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with SAP systems is an advantage.
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills, familiarity with business hospitality etiquette, and basic understanding of current international trade developments.

2. 制定生產線模具安裝計劃，確保生產車間達到每日/每月目標產量；

5. 將每日生產計畫表發給總務員，由總務員上傳至ERP系統並分發給生產團隊；
6. 安排/採購預製構件生產所需的材料；
7. 制定每月/每週的生產和交付計劃、材料訂購、人力和機械安排；
8. 準備並維護所有生產和庫存記錄，以確保根據項目要求累積足夠的庫存；
9. 進行澆築前和澆築後檢查；
10. 關閉並管理不符合項報告（NCR）和糾正措施；
11. 分析品質問題的根本原因並實施糾正/預防措施；
12. 調查並糾正實體庫存與系統記錄之間的任何差異；
13. 監測並確保材料浪費量在目標範圍內；
14. 處理並解決客戶投訴；
15. 每月進行現場巡查，或根據客戶指出的缺陷需求進行巡查；
16. 向生產和模具團隊簡要介紹現場缺陷，並提交關於已採取糾正措施的報告；
17. 參加所有EHS巡視、檢查和會議，為安全的工作條件/環境做出貢獻；
18. 執行管理階層不時指派的其他任務；
19. 對於高階職位，他/她應該具備良好的領導能力和指導能力。

RESPONSIBILITIES / AUTHORITIES:

Main duties

1. As a Technical Controller’s representative in charged for Project Planning in term of moulds, machinery and manpower;
2. Plan for mould set up in production line to ensure that production bays meet the daily/ monthly targeted volume;
3. Liaise with the design team for shop drawing approvals;
4. Interpret drawings and solving discrepancies with Design team;
5. To issue daily planning schedules to General clerk to be uploaded in ERP system and issue to Production Team;
6. Arrange / purchase of material for production of precast components;
7. Plan monthly/ weekly production and delivery schedule, material ordering, manpower and machinery arrangement;
8. Prepare and maintain all production and inventory records to ensure sufficient buildup of stock as per Project’s requirement;
9. Carry out pre-pour and post-pour inspections;
10. Close and manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and corrective actions;
11. Analyze root causes of quality issues and implement corrective/preventive actions;
12. Investigate and correct any discrepancies between physical stock and system records;
13. Monitor and ensure the materials wastage are within the targets;
14. Attend and solve Client’s complaints;
15. Monthly site visits or as when it is required for defects highlighted by Clients;
16. Brief Production & Mould team on the site defects and submit reports on correction actions take;
17. Attend all EHS walkabout, inspection, meetings and contribute to a safe working condition / environment;
18. Perform any other tasks which may be assigned by management from time to time;
19. For senior post, he/she should be good in leadership and mentorship.

RESOURCE REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in Concrete Precast manufacturing Industry
2. Minimum with Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
3. Computer literate, preferable in Microsoft Office applications or equivalent
