About the Role
Alaris Marketing Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Assistant to support our growth initiatives. This role involves assisting in client acquisition efforts, executing outreach campaigns, and strengthening relationships with prospective customers through on-ground engagement and events.
Key Responsibilities
Support business development activities to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
Assist in executing marketing and outreach campaigns, including roadshows and events
Engage with prospective customers to introduce products/services and generate interest
Identify potential leads and support follow-up activities
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and campaign outcomes
Provide insights and feedback to improve business development strategies
Requirements
Diploma/Nitec or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)
0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, event-based environment
