Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation
Lead the creation and curation of Nuplas Solutions’ content library.

Participate in industry events, develop relationships, and conduct interviews with thought leaders to gather insights.

2. Social Media Management & Community Building
Manage company social media platforms and stay updated on current trends and technologies.
Understand online user behavior to create engaging, shareable content.

Prepare performance reports and insights for each social media platform.
Develop and execute strategies to enhance audience growth and brand engagement.
3. Digital Marketing
Support digital marketing efforts including ad campaigns, SEO optimization, website updates, and analytics tracking.
Strengthen the brand’s visibility in search results related to sustainability and circular economy.
Work to expand content reach beyond social media through effective digital strategies.
4. Branding Strategy
Collaborate with the larger Lean Giap Group marketing team on brand-building initiatives.
Coordinate with different business divisions to strengthen brand positioning through both online and offline activities.

Responsibilities:
Assist in QLASSIC (CIS7:2021) and BuildQAS strategic implementation
Implement the QA/QC management system at site in accordance to ISO9001 together with the Quality Manager and also in preparation of Project Quality Plan (PQP)
Coordinate with quality inspections with all the site sub contractors’ and vendors’ non destructive testing on site
Formulate micro work schedule and construction programmes in accordance with the project requirements and specifications.
Identify trades and able to execute works sequential order to ensure compliance with the required quality with Architecture and M&E departments
Coordinate with the Client’s representative on all quality matters
Participate in the site internal and external site audits
Formulate and coordinate all the quality site inspections for every stages of work namely; progress, PDI, CPC, CCC, DLP and CMGD
Ensure all Quality Documentation is compiled and complete for Quality Records from inception of project to completion of project including as-builts, O&M and Warranties.
Control all nonconformance reports and undertake remedial action with site team
Monitor the implementation of the approved Project Quality Plan (PQP)
Coordinate with the (site) Head of Project, Construction Manager, Architecture Manager and M&E Manager on all quality issues including all works Method Statements.
Coordinate and chair the QA/QC site weekly meetings with the projects subcontractors QC personnel
Elaborating inspection and test programs (ITP)
Assure all technical documents related to site quality control are to the current status
