About the job

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead triage and resolution of network-related incidents, with a focus on business-critical outages

Required Skills & Experience:

o  Network address translation (NAT), high availability, and redundancy concepts

o  Threat detection and prevention technologies

o  Secure network communication and tunnelling protocols

• Good knowledge of core network security principles and best practices for protecting external-facing environments
• Experience supporting a range of network and infrastructure services, such as:
