This position will be responsible for providing quality repair and carrying out preventive maintenance service of etch / clean / deposition equipment at customer sites. Other activities include installation, relocation of customer equipment, performing associated start-up and check-out activities.

5. Manage correspondence and technical information flow between Designer, Class, Client, Vendors, Yard and System integrator.

6. Understand of contract, technical, equipment specifications and scope of work and supply to meet design obligations.

7. On time execution of design and engineering production drawing plan for awarded projects.

8. Ensure designers prepare drawing on time, closing of classification review comment, managing of vendors specification and monitoring of production drawing schedule.

9. Ability to read design drawings and retrieve classification rules and Maritime regulation for review.

10. Liaise with engineers in engineering to prepare reply in writing on technical matters. Follow up with the correspondent after sending until the matters resolved.

11. Work with engineering document controller to ensure proper filing of emails with related parties, filing or drawing according to their status, documents issuing status, updating of drawing list status and filing of specification from vendors.

12. To be able to work independently with a team

Requirements:

1. Polytechnic / Degree in Marine or Naval Arch. or equivalent

2. At least 2 - 3 years’ experience in project engineering role for engineering department for marine or offshore related industries.

3. Microsoft Words, Excel, Power point and AutoCAD

4. Ability to follow up on correspondents, writing meeting minutes and managing the engineering information or document flow for meeting project compliance and delivery schedule

Job Description:

1. Meeting technical specification requirement, interpretation of class rules to address to review comment, testing procedure, short-circuit verification, familiar with elect standard compliance for oil and gas and knowledge in Integrated Automation System (IAS).

2. Document preparation and review for single line drawing, evaluation of electrical load analysis, power plant, switchboards, Variable frequency drive, starters panel, power distribution, alarm monitoring, Fire protection, PAGA, navigation, communication and others for diesel electric vessel.

3. Develop drawing list, cable termination drawing, cable list , cable tray sizing , breakers sizing, control console and preparing of testing protocol according to building schedule.

4. Require system integration skills to liaise among vendors of electrical power management systems, power plant, propulsion, IAS, equipment suppliers while meeting FMEA compliance for dynamic positioning and check on harmonic distortion.

5. This position is required to be full-time based in Indonesia, Batam.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in electrical engineering or diploma in marine engineering
2. At least 5 years relevant working experience in shipyard or in marine electrical field
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD
