• 依照目標計畫和CNC工具機運作比例操作CNC工具機，同時負責在不降低品質的前提下最大限度地提高產量，並最大限度地延長數控機床的運作時間。
• 負責工作區域的清潔、整齊、有序和系統化管理。
• 參與故障排除、改進和技能提升活動。
• 根據上級或管理層的安排，履行其他職責。

要求。

• 能夠讀寫G程式碼和M程式碼。
• 能夠操作CNC工具機，或至少有CNC工具機的實際操作經驗。
• 具備幾何尺寸標註和公差系統的知識，或至少能夠看懂工程圖。
• 熟練至少微軟辦公軟體。
• 渴望學習/體驗新知識和新技術。
• 必須具備多任務處理能力、批判性思考能力、問題解決能力和團隊合作能力。
• 具備使用遊標卡尺、千分尺或其他測量設備的經驗或至少相關知識。
• 最低限度的監督和自我約束。
