• 對電腦系統（軟體/硬體）、網路等有紮實的理解。
• 應徵者必須至少擁有資訊科技高級文憑或同等學歷。
• 至少需要1年相關領域的工作經驗。

HURAIAN TUGAS:-

• Membantu Pengurus IT menyelesaikan masalah perkakasan, perisian dan sistem pengendalian rangkaian.
• Memberi orientasi kepada pengguna baharu teknologi sedia ada.
• Membantu Pengurus IT mengawal bajet dan perbelanjaan sistem komputer.
• Membantu Pengurus IT dalam persediaan dan sokongan untuk sistem CCTV untuk jabatan pentadbiran.
• Membantu Pengurus IT memastikan semua perkakasan IT dibongkar dan dijamin selamat sebelum melupuskan dengan betul.
• Menyediakan laporan teknikal dengan mengumpul, menganalisis, meringkaskan maklumat dan trend untuk mengenal pasti potensi isu atau keperluan untuk penambahbaikan atau penaiktarafan.
• Melaksanakan tugas-tugas berkaitan lain yang diperlukan semasa waktu bekerja.

KEPERLUAN PEKERJAAN:-

• Pemahaman yang kukuh tentang sistem komputer (perisian/perkakasan), rangkaian dll.
• Calon mesti memiliki sekurang-kurangnya Diploma Lanjutan dalam teknologi maklumat atau yang setaraf.
• Sekurang-kurangnya 1 tahun pengalaman kerja dalam bidang berkaitan diperlukan.

JOB DESCRIPTION:-

• Assist IT Manager on troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating system.
• Provide orientation to new users of existing technologies.
• Assist IT Manager on control the computer system budgets and expenditure.
• Assist IT Manager on setup and support for CCTV system for admin department.
• Assist IT Manager to ensure all IT hardware are dismantled and secured prior to authorize disposal.
• Prepares technical reports by collecting, analysing, summarizing information and trends to identify potential issues or requirement for improvement or upgrade.
• Perform other related duties as required during working hours.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:-

• Sound understanding of computer systems (software/hardware), networks etc.
• Candidate must possess at least Advanced Diploma in information technology or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required.
