1.     Responsible for the availability, performance optimization, and continuous delivery of the pharmaceutical collaboration SaaS platform hosted on AWS.

2.     Handle operational incidents and requests, continuously improving operational service capabilities through effective solutions, covering day-to-day operations, storage, networking, databases, and middleware.

3.     Stay updated with new public cloud operation technologies and drive their adoption to enhance overall operational efficiency and capabilities.

4.     Write and maintain infrastructure operations documentation, including technical documents in both English and Chinese.

Who are we looking for?

Someone with
1.      3+ years of hands-on Linux system operationsexperience.

2.     Familiar with SaaS platform architecture; experience in small to medium-scale cluster operations is a plus.

3.     Proficient in capacity planning, architecture design, performance tuning, andoperations automation.

4.     Experienced with EKS, messaging and caching middleware (e.g., Redis, Kafka); hands-on experience with AWS public cloud services (EC2, S3, VPC, etc.) is preferred.

5.     Basic database operations capability – familiar with relational databases such as MySQL/PostgreSQL, able to work with development teams on backup &recovery, slow query analysis, high availability configuration, and other common database operational tasks.

Accounts Duties

• Handle the full set of accounts, including general ledger, month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Process purchases, staff reimbursements, and payments to vendors (Accounts Payable).
• Issue invoices, credit notes, preform receipts, and follow up on outstanding payments from customers (Accounts Receivable).
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Assist with CPF submissions, GST filings, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and periodic schedules for management review.
• Liaise with banks and other external stakeholders as required.

Administrative Duties

• Provide administrative support for HR matters, including work pass applications and renewals, IR21 tax clearance submissions, employee insurance administration, and maintenance of personnel records.
• Manage general office administration, including document filing, correspondence, and office supplies.
• Perform other ad hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned by management.
