Key Responsibilities:

Architecture Security Reviews and Threat Modelling 

·       Lead a team of security architecture consultants, providing threat-driven architecture security reviews and threat modelling

·       Drive development of AI enabled security reviews, threat modelling and security enhancements of CI/CD pipeline

Build Security In / Shift Left 

·       Drive strategic security architecture decisions across business units and technology domains

·       Develop secure reference architectures and design patterns for modern application stacks and BSI

·       Build security-by-design with development workflows

·       Enhance CI/CD security tooling and automation and drive adoption and metrics reporting 

·       Reignite Security Champions initiative to improve shift left approach

Enterprise and Identity security architecture 

·       Design identity governance solutions for hybrid and multi-cloud environments

·       Assess and implement advanced IAM patterns including fine-grained authorization, privilege escalation controls, and just-in-time access

·       Develop identity integration strategies for AI systems and automated decisioning

·       Engage with platform and DevOps engineering teams to build secure infrastructure and technology foundations

·       Propose initiatives to address security gaps or enhance the overall security posture

·       Build positive flywheel effect among stakeholders to enable security adoption and cultural transformation

Gen AI Security

·       Design and integrate security frameworks for Gen AI deployment, monitoring, and governance within AI risk framework

·       Maintain security blueprints for(Gen) AI deployments, including MCP and AI guardrails

·       Lead agentic AI security initiative with focus on authentication and authorization of AI agents

Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields

·       Strong software engineering background with more than 5years of experience as a software engineer / developer.

·       3+ years of team or lateral leadership experience in technology architecture or security consulting teams

·       Proven leadership of security architecture/threat modelling.

·       Track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder security initiatives.

·       Ability to ship secure reference architectures and drive developer adoption at scale.

·       Experience with AI/ML security challenges and solutions including Large Language Model (LLM), Model Context Protocols (MCP), Agentic AI and AI governance frameworks

The senior technologist in this role will be responsible for ensuring architectural and design consistency across the platform, adherence to latency targets, maintaining high standards on code quality and continuous improvement of delivery processes like automated testing, dev ops & SRE. Will be trained on semiconductor machine, specifically scanning electron microscope. To understand how the machine works and to troubleshoot issues with the machine. Will also be exposed to skills required to repairs parts of the machine.

Basic Qualification/ Skill required

Will be performing initial testing, analysis and repair of PCB, and other electro-mechanical assembly.

Responsibility

1. Maintain documentation of parts condition upon arrival, during repair as well as final testing prior to shipping out repaired parts.

2. Repair populated PCB which include but not limited to digital board, analog board, RF,etc.

1. Familiar and proficient with different soldering and desoldering technique (Through hole component, smd, bga).

2. Must be familiar with at least one of the following and able to recognize main building block of : SMPS power supply, Servo amp, stepper motor driver, linear power supply.

3. Able to use oscilloscope to troubleshoot parts, power supply to provide power to board under repair, soldering, station, desoldering station, multimeter.

4. Advance skill that will be a plus point.

5.Knowledge of servo motor, encoder and servo amplifier (Sanyo)

6. Programming skill (C, python, basic, other language).

7. Arduino, Raspberry pi, or any other micro controller and sbc.

8. Understanding of reverse engineering technique as well as ability to reverse engineer a PCB, repairing without schematic availability.

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Payroll Associate / Senior Associate to manage manpower expenditure (EOM) related to research grants and support payroll operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with numbers, systems, and cross-functional teams.

What You Will Do

Researcher Grants Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for all manpower expenditure (EOM)–related grant activities, liaising with both external stakeholders (grantors and appointed auditors) and internal stakeholders (Finance, Office of Research, and Principal Investigators).

• Ensure timely and accurate submission and auditing.
• Reconcile EOM postings and resolve outstanding charges.
• Provide support for EOM simulations, grant switches and other grant related matters.
• Respond to and resolve EOM-related queries from stakeholders.
• Maintain and update payroll SOPs related to research grants.

Payroll Operations

Work closely with the payroll team to support operational activities, including but are not limited to:

• Assisting with payroll operations such as processing and related payroll entries.

• Preparing monthly manual journal postings and ad-hoc adjustments due to late instructions or unforeseen circumstances.

• Managing and processing employee benefits claims in a timely and accurate manner.
