The Investment Services Platform Team (ISPT) is a central team within Platform Operating Model Control and Support in Global Operating Platform, reporting to the Global Head of Platform Control and Support with a global remit. • Own daily PCF / basket file oversight (generation, validation, timeliness, and distribution/publishing per operating model).
• Troubleshoot PCF and pricing-related breaks (holdings vs model, identifiers, quantities/rounding tolerances, cash component variances, FX/pricing staleness, corporate actions impacts).
• Provide operational coverage of the Active ETF lifecycle, coordinating end-to-end exception resolution across Trading, PM, Ops, Tech, Data and the fund administrator.

Claims (Insurance Operations)

You will serve as the functional SME for Claims operations, driving process improvement, system enhancement, and change management across the full claims lifecycle to achieve service excellence and regulatory compliance.

• Serve as the operational SME for claims processes across intake, assessment, adjudication, settlement, and payment for life, health, and/or general insurance products
• Map and re-engineer claims workflows to reduce cycle times, improve accuracy, and enhance customer experience; identify automation and STP opportunities across claims platforms and back-end systems
• Gather and validate requirements from claims, actuarial, compliance, legal, and IT stakeholders; support BRD sign-off, UAT execution, and post-go-live verification for system and process changes
• Assess the business and regulatory impact of changes to claims rules and systems; ensure alignment with MAS requirements, internal risk controls, and fraud management frameworks
• Support resolution of production errors and claims processing exceptions in liaison with IT and BA teams; contribute to root cause analysis and process remediation
• Provide operational training and guidance to claims staff and internal stakeholders on updated business rules, adjudication guidelines, and system enhancements

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of insurance operations experience with strong working knowledge of claims processes across life, health, or GI lines; experience in regulated environments; strong analytical and documentation skills

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support enterprise Finance and Warehouse systems within a large-scale operations environment. This role focuses on gathering business requirements, driving system enhancements, supporting integrations, and ensuring smooth operations across finance and inventory management platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering

• Engage stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
• Translate operational needs into functional specifications and process flows
• Conduct impact analysis for system enhancements and process changes
• Facilitate discussions between business users and technical teams

Finance & Warehouse Systems Support

• Support Finance and Warehouse related applications and operational workflows

System Enhancement & Integration

• Coordinate and support application enhancement initiatives

Testing & Documentation

• Prepare business requirement documents, functional specifications, and user stories

Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with operations, finance, warehouse users, vendors, and IT teams

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Finance, ERP, or Warehouse system environments
• Experience supporting Finance and Warehouse operational workflows
• Hands-on involvement in system enhancement, testing, and support activities

Functional & Technical Skills

• Good understanding of Finance and Warehouse business processes
• Experience with ERP or enterprise operational systems
• Exposure to system integration, data flow, and reporting processes
• Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, or interface troubleshooting is advantageous

Core Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

We invite applicants to join the centre as a Research Associate (full-time). You will be part of the research team and will work on projects in the area of post-quantum cryptographic migration and cryptographic agility within the QUASAR-CREATE programme, Thrust 3. The work focuses on enabling the secure transition of existing digital infrastructures and systems to quantum-safe cryptographic solutions.

You will conduct research and development in post-quantum security, investigating methods for analyzing cryptographic dependencies, assessing migration readiness, and ensuring secure and reliable transition processes. You will translate research results into practical tools, frameworks, and automated migration pipelines, and implement working prototypes that demonstrate how migration methods and crypto-agile architectures can be applied in real-world systems and infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and development on post-quantum cryptographic migration and cryptographic agility in complex systems and infrastructures

• Design, implement, and evaluate tools, frameworks, and migration pipelines enabling the transition to quantum-safe cryptography

• Analyse software and system architectures with respect to cryptographic dependencies, migration readiness, and transition risks

• Develop and demonstrate proof-of-concept prototypes and migration frameworks in collaboration with project partners

• Contribute to the design and implementation of migration analysis platforms and supporting tool-chains

• Prepare technical reports, scientific publications, and project documentation

Job Requirements:

• MSc/MEng in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Software Engineering, or a closely related field

• Strong foundation in applied cryptography, computer security, and secure system design

• Understanding of post-quantum cryptography and cryptographic agility concepts is required

• Experience or strong interest in cryptographic migration, secure software development, or security of complex distributed systems

• Good understanding of classical cryptographic protocols, cryptographic libraries, and secure communication systems

• Experience in programming (e.g., Python, C/C++, Rust, Go, or similar) and developing security-related tools or prototypes

• Experience with software architecture analysis, system security evaluation, or migration of software/infrastructure systems is preferred

• Ability to work independently and to develop solutions under strict timelines is a must.

• Good communication skills and some interdisciplinary interest is desired, to be able to interact with researchers at the Centre.
