This role involves partnering with Product Owners to document platform behavior, and collaborating with UX and Technology teams to design seamless user journeys for Corporate and SME customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners to define and document functional and non-functional requirements for key business banking capabilities, including account services, payments, cash management, corporate cards, trade finance, loans, and user administration.
