Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Corporate Administration Specialist to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and compliance with Singapore employment regulations, while also supporting key corporate administration matters such as IRAS and ACRA filings, shareholding administration, and investor-related coordination. Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

•  Onboarding & Offboarding — Manage end-to-end onboarding and off boarding, including contracts, orientation,document collection, system and asset coordination, exit clearance, final documentation, and employee record updates.

Employee Support & HR Governance

·        Employee Queries & HR Support — Serveas the first point of contact for staff on HR policies, payroll, leave,benefits, and general employment matters, providing timely and professional support.

•  ISO Surveillance & Audit Coordination — Coordinate annual ISO surveillance activities and audits, including scheduling, document preparation, follow-up on audit findings, and maintaining records to support ongoing compliance.

Employee Engagement

• TeamEngagement  —  Plan and execute team bonding activities and welfare initiatives; manage logistics, budget, and vendor coordination.

•     Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in a similar HR & administrative role, preferably in an SME setting.
