Based in Singapore, you will be involved in the following activities:

• Treasury and Capital Markets Front to Back Office Workflows (transactions, settlements, legal documentation, SWIFT) across all financial asset classes;
• Financial control (Treasury and Capital Markets financial products accounting according to International Financial Reporting Standards and P&L analysis)

Role Accountabilities:

• Software configuration during the implementation phase
• BAU and Production support
• User training, lead design/development of training materials/documentation
• Presales activities
• Internal Projects toEnhance the team’s efficiency and quality in project deliveries
  Enhance the team’s quality of engagement in post-production support
  

To be successful in the role, you should possess/be:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Computer Science
• Knowledge of (or strong interest in) Treasury and Capital Markets transactions life cycle
• IT bias: SQL, XML, Unix script
• Strong analytics skills
• Team player
• Client-oriented
• 0-2 years’ work experience.

Job Description and Requirements – Finance and Investment Intern

We are seeking a motivated Finance and Investment Intern to support our financial analysis, investment research, and reporting tasks. Interns will assist in data collection, portfolio monitoring, market research, and preparing presentations.

Recommended Skills:

• Min 'A' Level or Diploma Holder
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Basic understanding of financial statements and investment principles

What you will do:

• Providing support to the Finance & Accounting Department;
• Performing daily office tasks, such as data entry, examining financial records to check for accuracy, etc;
• Assisting with the preparation of month end close, tax reporting and statutory audit of group entities;
• Responding to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data;
• Assisting with the preparation of month end close, tax reporting and statutory audit of group entities;
• Documenting standard operating procedures and give suggestions for process improvement;
• Contribute to department and organization special projects as assigned;
• Support ad-hoc projects or duties assigned from time to time.

What we are looking for:

• Familiarity with Accounting principles
• Knowledge of local accounting/tax standard preferred
• Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, strong typing skills
• Microsoft office knowledge, particularly Microsoft Excel, Words, Powerpoint
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Enjoy the fast pace environment
• Available for full time internship for 4 - 6 months.

This internship comes with a monthly allowance of RM1,000.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to support the finance team in daily accounting and financial operations. This role provides hands-on experience in financial reporting, data analysis, and administrative support within a corporate environment.
