We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our Finance team. Thisinternship offers valuable exposure to accounting, financial operations, reporting, and businessprocesses. The successful candidate will gain practical experience while working closely with financeprofessionals in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Finance Support & Reporting
- Assist with invoice processing, payments, and expense claims.
- Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
- Maintain financial records, spreadsheets, and accounting databases.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
- Support preparation of financial reports and summaries.
- Organize and maintain financial documentation.
- Assist with audit preparation and compliance documentation.
Administrative Support
- Support finance-related administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams on billing and payment queries.
- Assist in process improvement and finance projects.
Prerequisites
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in finance and accounting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.
