Key Responsibilities

Project & Event Management

• Plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of projects, including events, product launches, festive decorations, exhibitions, and experiential activation.

Requirements

Supervise day-to-day renovation and interior fit-out works on site

Coordinate and oversee subcontractors including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting works

Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and site requirements

Monitor work progress and report site updates to project manager

This position is intended for eminent overseas academics-such as international prize recipients or distinguished scholars-whose presence will enhance the academic standing and creative output of the faculty.
