Job Summary

We are looking for a Finance Manager to manage and oversee the daily finance operations of the company. This role is responsible for supervising the finance team, especially Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ensuring accurate accounting records, timely month-end closing, proper reconciliations, cashflow monitoring, and compliance with internal controls.

Finance Operations

主要職責

1. 財務營運與報告

• 管理全套帳戶（總帳、應收帳款、應付帳款、固定資產、應計項目、準備金）。
• 編制每月管理帳目、差異分析和財務評論。
• 確保按時完成月末和年末結算。
• 支援預算編制、預測和現金流預測。

2. 項目會計與成本控制

• 監控專案預算與實際支出狀況；識別成本超支、時間錯配和利潤風險。
• 追蹤專案相關成本，包括進口、物流、關稅、保險和分包費用。
• 與專案/營運團隊緊密合作，確保成本確認準確無誤，帳單結算一致。
• 儘早向管理階層指出有重大商業風險。

3. 現金流量與資金管理

• 管理現金流計劃、資金需求和付款優先順序。
• 協調客戶發票、進度索賠和收款跟進工作。
• 監督支付控制、審批流程和銀行安排。

4. 法定、稅務及審計

• 與審計師、稅務代理人、公司秘書和銀行家聯絡。
• 確保遵守馬來西亞法定要求（稅金、銷售與服務稅，如適用）。
• 負責新加坡實體報告的外包公司秘書工作，包括消費稅申報和審計協調。
• 始終確保文件記錄完整，並做好審計準備。

5. 控制、過程和系統

• 維護和改進內部控制、財務程序和審批矩陣。
• 在適用情況下，監督或協調外包的簿記/工資服務提供者。
• 確保跨系統（Excel、會計軟體、共用磁碟機）的財務資料完整性和控制。

6. 管理支持

• 向管理層提供清晰的財務見解，而不僅僅是報告。
• 支持管理階層在定價、利潤率、成本控制和風險敞口方面的決策。
• 根據需要進行臨時財務分析和專案任務。
