Minimum Requirements (EP-Relevant)

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification is advantageous.

Experience

• Minimum 12–20 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• At least 5–8 years in a senior management or leadership role.
• Proven track record managing large-scale construction projects in Singapore or similar markets.

Skills

• In-depth knowledge of Singapore construction regulations and practices.

Certifications (Advantageous)

• Registration with the Professional Engineers Board.
