Job Description

CT Nexus is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Food Quality Control Assistant to ensure all food products meet company quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Monitor cleanliness and hygiene practices in production areas
• Record quality inspection results and prepare simple reports
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company SOPs
• Identify and report any quality issues or non-conformance
• Assist in maintaining proper storage and handling procedures
• Work closely with production team to improve product quality

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
• Good attention to detail and responsibility
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Experience in food manufacturing or QC is an advantage
• Requires 1-2 years of relevant experience

Job Description:

Job Scope :

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution, ensuring alignment with approved project plans.
• Monitor and track site progress, ensuring timely completion and compliance with project timelines.
• Coordinate and liaise with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to resolve project-related issues.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks using QAQC procedures to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Manage technical documentation, drawings, and reports, ensuring accuracy and proper version control.
• Provide technical solutions and support to resolve design or construction challenges.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Responsibilities:
Liaising with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
Estimating quantities, costs and time scales for material and labour.
Preparing tender, contract documents, progress claim, subcontractor's claim
 

Requirements: 
Construction estimating is advantageous.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Sound knowledge of construction.
Candidate must possess at least Certificate ,Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma or equivalent.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and AutoCad.
