Duties:

• Daily manpower planning to ensure operation excellence in a cost-effective manner and to fulfil contractual obligations.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand operational needs in order to plan/forecast the necessary resources required.
• Attendance management and make necessary adjustments when necessary.
• Work closely with HR and Ops to manage and achieve efficiency in manpower deployment. Initiates processes to streamline operations.
• Assist with HR on MOM deliverables regarding workforce.
• Implement information system and process flow for manpower planning.
• Work/Check on-site during project period to ensure manpower supply is managed optimally.
• Coordinate manpower’s security clearances and permit to work.
• Management of all company vehicle maintenance needs.
• Management of all company PPE drawing and consumable distribution.
• Conduct routine review with HR for performance improvement.
• Coordination with government authorities for renewal or applications of consent/licences.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Landscape, Construction, Logistics, Supply Chain, Facilities or related field (preferred, but not mandatory).

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for management and maintenance for the common areas of the deployed estate/building.
• Require to supervise the estate/building management, maintenance and security personnel and term and ad-hoc contractors engaged to maintain and upkeep the building and facilities
• Supervise the project work in common area and schedule the testing work for relevant certificates & licence renewal.
• Manage and maintain all upkeeping activities of the estate/building.
