Job Responsibilities
Compliance Management: Ensure all site activities comply with the Environmental Quality Act 1974 and other relevant environmental laws and regulations.
EMP Implementation: Execute and monitor the Environmental Management Plan (EMP) and Erosion and Sediment Control Plan (ESCP).
Site Inspections: Conduct regular site audits to identify environmental risks (e.g., scheduled waste, water quality, noise, and dust) and recommend corrective actions.
Reporting: Prepare and submit monthly environmental reports to the Project Manager and relevant government agencies.
Authority Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for the Department of Environment (DOE), JAS, and local municipal councils regarding environmental audits and permits.
Training: Provide environmental awareness training and briefings to site staff and subcontractors.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), or a related discipline.
Registered Environmental Officer (EO) with DOE or relevant competent certifications (e.g., CePSWAM or CePBFO) is highly preferred.
Minimum 2–4 years of working experience in environmental management within the construction or SME industry.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian environmental regulations and reporting requirements.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu to handle documentation and authority site visits.
Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Klang.

Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree/Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years working experience relevant to construction especially in high rise building and factory would be added advantage.
Fresh graduate is welcome to apply. Guidance will be provided.
Familiar with building regulation, construction technique, material, testing & inspection procedure.
Language required: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin; local dialects would be added advantage.
Software required: Microsoft Office & AutoCAD would be added advantage.
Responsibility
Supervise civil & structure works on site by supporting the site team.
Ensure work done in accordance to construction drawings and specifications.
Site supervision and arrangement of site workers to perform tasks and ensure work is completed in given timeline, budget and quality.
Conduct periodic check on work and liaise with contractors, sub-contractors to ensure work achieve high standard quality and workmanship.
Coordinate with all relevant parties (internal/external) on site matter to ensure project can be delivered as per scheduled.
Ensure all materials delivered to site are as per approved specification and quantity.
Ensure discipline and good morale are maintained at site.
Ensure site safety and health requirements are practiced at all times.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Responsible for leading the Quality Assurance function to ensure all products meet customer, regulatory, and internal quality standards. Oversees quality systems, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management System (QMS)
Ensure compliance with ISO & IATF standards and regulatory requirements
Lead internal and external audits, including customer audits
Handle customer complaints and implement corrective & preventive actions (8D)
Monitor quality performance (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement
Manage incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities
Work closely with production, engineering, and suppliers to resolve quality issues
Lead and train QA/QC team members
Oversee documentation control and quality records
Support new product development and process validation
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Quality Management or related field
Minimum 3–5 years experience in QA/QC, with at least 2 years in managerial role
Experience in manufacturing environment (preferably metal, fasteners, or machining industry)
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 & IATF16949 and quality tools (e.g., 7 QC tools, FMEA, SPC)
Experience in handling audits and customer complaints
Good leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiar with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is an added advantage
Good at Excel and Power point skills
