Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop PC and printer issues on customer sites to ensure minimal downtime
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer IT-related calls, providing timely and effective support
• Deploy new hardware and software across multiple users and locations to maintain up-to-date IT infrastructure
• Install and troubleshoot IT hardware and software in a large, fast-paced user environment to support operational continuity
• Perform ad-hoc IT maintenance and support tasks as assigned by the reporting manager
