Oversees the plant production operation and ensures that all work instructions and procedures are strictly followed.
Collaborate with various party to organize, developing plans and effective scheduling of rules for optimum utilization of production capacity.
Ensure execution of production progress are follow the production schedule within the time frame given.
Liaising and coordinate between Admin Department, Logistic Department, Procurement Department, Sub-contractor and related person to ensure smooth of daily production.
Collaborate and initiate to identify and diagnosing the root cause of product’s defect to improve production’s efficiency.
Ensures the quality of the production of precast concrete components in accordance with latest approved shop drawings, work instructions, casting program & approved quality control methods.
To perform of full inspection of daily pre-pour and post-pour inspections of precast components with consultant’s representative according to approved precast shop drawings.
Assist in monitoring and controlling material usage and wastage are within tolerance.
To assist Senior Production Engineer in managing a team of Production Supervisors, and workers in ensuring timely production and delivery of precast components. Disseminate through Production Executive if needed.
Providing necessary production’s documentation to Admin.
Maintain and implement quality control system in the factory and project sites by following the project quality manual and standard operating procedures set by the company.
Liaising with Production Department’s member and sub-contractors for any non-conformance for pre-pour inspection, trains workers whenever necessary and as required.
Any other tasks which may be assigned by the management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil Engineering) or equivalent.
2-3 years of experiences in Precast Industry
Knowledge of Autocad would be an advantage
Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork

Job Responsibilities:
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors for construction materials, equipment, machinery, and services at competitive prices.
To ensure the materials are high-quality, cost-effective, and delivered to job sites on time to keep projects running on schedule and within budget.
Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms. Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) based on approved material requisitions and project budgets.
Monitor open POs to ensure timely delivery to job sites, mitigating project delays.
Inspect received materials and ensure they meet building codes, project specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with project team, and quantity surveyors to ensure material specifications, quality, and timelines are met.
Work closely with Quantity Surveyor (QS) to verify material quantities against BOQ and project requirements before purchasing.
Liaise with finance department to verify invoices, delivery orders, and payment terms.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, contractual requirements, and ISO/SOP standards.
Assist in value engineering efforts by recommending cost-saving alternatives without compromising quality.
Prepare procurement reports, cost comparisons, and purchase records for management review.
Perform any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
Job Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
At least 3 to 5 years’ experience, preferably in construction or related industry.
Good knowledge of construction materials, machinery, equipment, and suppliers.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and purchasing systems.
Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
