• 監督對適用規範、慣例、品質保證/品質控制政策、性能標準和規範的遵守情況。
• 每天與客戶溝通，了解他們的需求和要求，並在現場代表他們。
• 對工作進行全面品質控制（預算、進度、計畫、人員績效），並定期報告專案狀態。
• 分配職責並指導技術團隊。
• 與專案經理和其他專案參與者有效合作和溝通，提供協助和技術支援。
• 審核工程交付成果並採取適當的糾正措施。

要求：

• 2-3年專案工程師工作經驗
• 熟悉 AutoCAD 等設計和視覺化軟體。
• 熟練微軟辦公軟體。
• 熟悉規則、條例、最佳實踐和績效標準。
• 能夠參與多學科項目。
• 專案管理和監督技能。
• 卓越的決策能力和領導能力。
• 良好的時間管理和組織能力。
• 機電工程或再生能源領域享有額外優勢。
• 持有電機工程或相關領域的文憑/學士學位。
