The Role

We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in both Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud Platform, combined with strong Kubernetes and networking skills, to join our growing Cloud & DevOps practice. You’ll work across a portfolio of client environments spanning AWS and GCP, designing and delivering resilient, secure and highly available infrastructure for some of the world’s most recognisable brands and agencies. Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Experience

•      5+ years of hands-on DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering experience, with significant production experience on both AWS and GCP.

The Building Engineer assists the Assistant Manager, Project in the project and construction management of dwellings, factories, commercial and other types of buildings and/or construction.

• Handle daily accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliation, and fixed assets tracking.
• Review and process employee expense claims and reimbursements in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain petty cash records and manage cash deposits accurately.
• Support monthly financial closing activities and ensure timely completion of accounts.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with other administrative or accounting duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• At least 3 years of accounting experience within the construction industry.
• Proficient in SAP accounting system and general accounting practices.
• Able to work independently with good attention to detail.

What You’ll Do

• Proactively source and pursue new business opportunities within the market
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and product presentations tailored to customer needs
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
• Coordinate with internal project and operations teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and client satisfaction
• Keep up-to-date with market movements, competitor offerings, and customer trends
• Represent the company professionally at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings
• Compile sales activity reports, pipelines, and forecasts for management

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably within construction, building materials, or a related industry
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Results-driven mindset with a proven ability to close deals
• Independent, proactive, and well-organised
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Valid Class 3 driving license will be an advantage
