Description

Responsible for leading and delivering Microsoft cloud solutions end-to-end across identity, endpoint, security, and Modern Work workloads. This role operates in customer-facing consulting environments — owning technical delivery from assessment through to handover — and is expected to produce structured, audit-ready deliverables while driving adoption and operational readiness for enterprise clients. The role also supports Microsoft Azure engagements on a project-dependent basis, where cloud infrastructure intersects with M365 workloads.

Requirements

1. Project Delivery (End-to-End)

• Lead and deliver Microsoft cloud projects across assessment, design, implementation, migration (project-dependent), and handover.

• Own project delivery quality: scope management, milestone execution, and customer sign-off.

• Ensure all deliverables are produced to standard and on schedule.

2. Technical Workshops & Customer Engagement

• Run technical workshops: discovery, requirements gathering, solution walkthroughs, and adoption readiness sessions.

• Manage stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Present technical trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

3. Documentation & Deliverables

• High-Level Design (HLD): Solution architecture, component overview, integration dependencies, security posture, and design decisions with rationale.

• Low-Level Design (LLD): Detailed configuration specifications, policy definitions, step-by-step implementation sequences, rollback procedures, and environment-specific parameters.

• Runbooks: Operational procedures, escalation paths, and day-2 support guidance.

• Implementation Guides & Operational Handover Packs: Knowledge transfer checklists, admin onboarding, and steady-state operating procedures.

Maintain structured, audit-ready project documentation across all engagements.

• Support SOP creation and knowledge transfer to customer IT teams.

4. Core Solution Delivery — Microsoft Entra (Identity & Access)

• Design and implement Conditional Access, MFA, and passwordless authentication.

• Configure Named Locations and access controls aligned to customer risk profiles.

• Deliver SSO integrations and application onboarding (SAML/OIDC).

5. Core Solution Delivery — Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Management)

• Deploy MAM/MDM policies, app deployment, compliance and configuration baselines.

• Implement Endpoint Security policies, device baselines, and operational reporting.

• Advise on co-management considerations where applicable.

• Onboarding of Endpoints (Windows, Mobile Devices)

6. Project-Dependent / Supporting Workloads

• Support Microsoft 365 workload governance and hardening (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).

• Plan and support tenant-to-tenant migrations (Exchange, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams) and endpoint profile migration.

• Deliver Microsoft Defender for Endpoint onboarding, baseline hardening, and alert tuning.

• Implement Microsoft Purview solutions: Sensitivity Labels, DLP, Information Lifecycle Management, and Insider Risk where applicable.

• Conduct tenant security assessments across Secure Score, Conditional Access posture, and endpoint health.

• Microsoft Azure (project-dependent): RBAC, networking concepts, logging/monitoring integrations, identity integrations.

7. Troubleshooting & Post-Go-Live Support

• Troubleshoot complex identity and endpoint issues and deliver root-cause fixes (enrollment failures, access blocks, policy conflicts).

• Provide post-go-live hypercare support: stabilisation, tuning, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness confirmation.

8. Travel

• Regional travel across ASEAN markets as required for project delivery, workshops, or client engagement.

Must-Have

• Microsoft Entra ID (Conditional Access, MFA, SSO/SAML/OIDC)

• Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM, compliance policies, device baselines)

• End-to-end Microsoft cloud project delivery (consulting / SI / MSP / enterprise IT)

• Customer-facing delivery: workshops, stakeholder management, technical presentations

• HLD/LLD and technical documentation writing

• PowerShell scripting for deployment and troubleshooting

• Strong troubleshooting across identity / device / policy interactions

Good-to-Have

• Microsoft certifications: SC-300, MD-102, MS-102, SC-400 or equivalent

• Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Purview

• Tenant-to-tenant migration experience

Key Responsibilities

1. Purchase Invoice Processing

Review, verify, and process vendor invoices accurately and within agreed timelines.
Perform 3-way matching (Purchase Order, Delivery Order / GRN, Invoice) where applicable.
Validate pricing, quantities, payment terms, and supporting documents against approved PO or contract.
Ensure correct GL coding, cost centre allocation, and GST treatment in accordance with IRAS and company guidelines.
Monitor and prevent duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorised postings.

2. Purchase Order Monitoring & Reconciliation

Monitor open Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up with budget owners for timely closure.
Review and clear aged or unused POs to maintain system accuracy and data integrity.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies between PO, GRN, and invoice.
Maintain complete, organised, and audit-ready documentation for all P2P transactions.
Support PO accruals and reversals during month-end and quarter-end closing.

3. Vendor Management

Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor master data, in accordance with approval controls.
Perform monthly vendor statement reconciliations.
Prepare bi-weekly payment schedules in line with vendor credit terms and internal approval timelines.
Handle vendor enquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.

4. Month-End Closing & Reconciliation

Perform AP ageing review and reconcile AP sub-ledger to General Ledger.
Prepare accruals for unbilled expenses and ensure completeness of liabilities.
Support finance closing activities and provide required schedules when requested.

5. Internal Controls & Compliance

Ensure adherence to financial policies, internal controls, and company SOPs.
Support internal and external audit requirements by providing accurate and timely documentation.
Escalate control gaps, missing documentation, or irregular transactions promptly.

6. Process Improvement & System Support

Identify opportunities to improve AP and P2P efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time.
Support documentation and updates of AP-related SOPs.
Prepare periodic AP reports and basic KPIs for review by Finance.
Exposure to automation or RPA initiatives (e.g. Power Automate, Power Apps) is an advantage; willingness to participate in process automation is expected.

7. Collaboration

Work closely with Finance (GL / FP&A), Procurement, Sales Ops, and Operations teams to ensure smooth P2P execution.
Provide accurate AP inputs to support subscription billing, renewals, and cost tracking.
Support cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving operational discipline and compliance.

8. Travel

Occasional travel to Singapore HQ (approximately twice yearly if incumbent is in Malaysia) for meetings, training, or regional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounts Receivable (AR) and Customer Management (60%)

Prepare and issue accurate sales invoices to customers.
Respond to customer finance-related inquiries, including requests for Statements of Account (SOA) and payment clarifications.
Monitor and manage AR, ensuring timely follow-ups on outstanding payments.
Resolve customer disputes and escalate issues when necessary to ensure efficient cash flow.
Maintain customer finance records and ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

2. Sales and Finance Operations (20%)

Oversee the complete sales-to-procurement lifecycle, including processing Sales Orders (SO), Purchase Orders (PO), and procurement tasks.
Manage subscription contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and compliance tracking.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely updates in sales operations and reporting.
Ensure smooth and efficient processes in procurement and vendor coordination.

3. Subscription and Recurring Billing Management (10%)

Handle monthly MRR billing management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of invoices.
Manage and monitor subscription and usage-based billing processes, ensuring data integrity.
Prepare detailed reports for MRR, ARR, and subscription usage metrics for management review.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in subscription billing and usage data.

4. Process Improvement and Reporting (10%)
