As an IT Executive, you will play a key role in driving the smooth operation of our technology landscape. Job Responsibilities

• Purchase, install, configure, test, track and maintain IT Asset Inventory (eg. computers, networks, and other office/project site equipment)

• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues, document failures, repairs, and installations

• Coordinate IT aspects of onboarding/offboarding (accounts, equipment, VPN), implement system improvements, and support rollout of new hardware/software with training and user guides.

• Act as the primary contact for in-house application issues, perform root cause analysis, monitor performance, and manage support requests via the ticketing system to ensure timely resolution within SLAs.

• Assist in deploying application fixes, patches, and upgrades, escalating complex problems to developers or vendors when required.

• Develop and execute test cases (functional, integration, UAT) and perform thorough QA to ensure applications meet requirements and are deployment-ready.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in IT or a related field of study

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar IT or application support role

• Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to liaise with China counterparts and support a diverse user base

• Proven experience with application support, requirements gathering, and software testing methodologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

*The IT Executive will be required to travel to our multiple project sites (islandwide), as and when necessary.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and certified Pest Control Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing vector control measures to prevent and manage vector-borne diseases in various environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and carry out vector surveillance.
• Apply appropriate vector control methods including fogging, larviciding, and residual spraying.
• Maintain records of control activities and findings.
• Adhere to safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Report any environmental issues or potential vector breeding grounds.
• Coordinate with team members and supervisors to ensure effective execution of control programs.

Requirements

• Valid NEA Certified and Registered Vector Control Worker.
• Workplace literacy and numeracy proficiency in reading, listening, and numeracy.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in vector control.
• Must be able to work in various outdoor environments.
• Minimum Primary 6 education or equivalent.

Job Responsibilities for HR and Admin Assistant:

• Handle and support day-to-day HR and Admin related matters
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment process, including work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, appeals, etc.
• Assist hiring managers in defining job descriptions and understanding talent needs.
• Handle walk-in interviews
• Prepare HR Letters (i.e. Disciplinary, Contracts, Confirmation, Extension of Probation, Promotion, etc.)
• Maintain accuracy of HR database, timely update & processing of employee records in HR system
• Ensure all documentations are properly filed (i.e. P-Files, E-P Files)
• Check and verify staff attendance for Payroll processing
• Check and verify employees’ leave application, medical claims, etc.
• Validate and prepare biometrics report for billing
• Handle employees’ enquiries and feedbacks
• Assist in claims submission, government grants, insurance, etc
• Any other HR/Admin duties assigned

Job Requirements for HR and Admin Assistant:

• Diploma in Human Resource Management and/or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Function (Candidates with no experience are welcomed. Training will be provided)
• Basic knowledge of Employment Act, IRAS and MOM regulations and HR best practices
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office
• Positive working attitude, people-oriented, strong team player, excellent communication, and interpersonal skill

Job Responsibilities for HR and Admin Executive:

• Handle end-to-end processing of monthly payroll
• Handle end-to-end recruitment process
• Process CPF, IR8A, IR21, NS make-up pay claim, Government-Paid Leave claim, and government grants
• Submit statutory report and survey to the authorities such as MOM surveys, wage surveys, etc
• Support Increment/Bonus Exercise
• Draft and prepare HR related letters (i.e. Disciplinary, Contracts, Confirmation, Extension of Probation, Promotion, etc.)
• Leave Administration
• Work closely with Operations and Finance department on payroll and billing matters
• Assist in Foreign Worker Levy matters
• Administer work injury compensation (WICA) matters (MOM iReport and claim submission)
• Process foreign worker medical insurance, public liability insurance and medical claims in a timely manner
• Maintain accuracy of HR database, timely update & processing of employee records in HR system
• Ensure all documentations are properly filed (i.e. P-Files, E-P Files)
• Design, implement, and manage employee engagement programs (i.e. employee communication platforms and activities, etc.)
• Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, appeals, etc.
• Coordinate training and development need for employees
• Involve in ISO Audit Preparation and license renewals process
• Review work processes and standard of procedure (SOP) for HR Department
• Review all work done by HR and Admin team
• Assist in yearly performance appraisal exercise
• Administer new project preparation
• Prepare relevant reports for Management review
• Any other duties assigned

Job Requirements for HR and Admin Executive:

• Diploma in Human Resource Management and/or related field
• Minimum 2 years’ of experience in HR Function, preferably with payroll and WICA processing experience
