Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire, develop, and grow new accounts across merchant units in Singapore
• Strategize and implement approaches to drive merchant growth and boost overall revenue through partnerships.
• Oversee and manage all processes involved in finalizing brand partnerships, including lead generation, prospecting, establishing initial contact, conducting meetings, managing contracts, onboarding, integration, and post-partnership follow-up.
• Define success measures for each partnership and execute strategies to enhance merchant performance and revenue generation.
• Maintain optimal operational relationships with corporate merchant accounts
• Provide consistent support and communication to ensure merchant satisfaction and engagement.
• Assist with lead generation by segmenting merchant types and identifying partnership opportunities.
• Build and maintain catalog profiles for client proposals and ensure alignment with merchant needs.
• Support administrative processes, including contract filing and maintaining internal tracking sheets.
• Prepare and maintain weekly reports in collaboration with Line Managers to ensure deliverables are being tracked and met.
• Work closely with international teams, providing support for all projects related to Singapore
• Coordinatewith cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations with merchants, ensuring timely and accurate announcements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for escalated merchant queries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain a strong understanding of all in-house technology and services available to merchants.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support the Partnership team's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Buying & Supplier Management

• Develop and manage relationships with aggregators, distributors, and direct brand partners across key markets.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers aligned with demand, pricing, and margin targets.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing structures, and supply agreements.
• Maintain strong working relationships with suppliers through regular engagement and follow-ups.

End-to-End Merchandise & Order Execution

• Own the end-to-end process from sourcing to order placement, coordination, and delivery tracking.
• Execute day-to-day operational tasks including purchase orders, supplier coordination, and issue resolution.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in order processing, documentation, and internal updates.
• Support compilation of product lists, pricing sheets, and submission materials for campaigns or bids.

Commercial & Pricing Execution

• Conduct regular market benchmarking to ensure pricing competitiveness across partners and markets.
• Review supplier inputs and validate pricing, margins, and commercial viability before submission.
• Track and manage key commercial metrics including revenue, gross profit, and sell-through performance.
• Follow up on rebates, incentives, and claims with partners.

Partner Inventory Visibility

• Establish processes to track and monitor inventory availability directly with partners (no physical stock holding).
• Work with partners to obtain regular inventory updates and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with Tec teams to enable API integrations or system connectivity for near real-time inventory visibility.
• Proactively flag supply risks and coordinate alternatives where needed.

Vendor Planning & Operational Coordination

• Work closely with vendors on campaign planning, product availability, and execution timelines.
• Monitor sell-through and product performance, and take action to optimize movement.
• Ensure alignment between vendor commitments and internal delivery expectations.

Cross-Functional Execution

• Partner with Business teams to align product offerings with client and campaign needs.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure smooth fulfillment and service delivery.
• Work with Data teams to support reporting, tracking, and performance analysis.

Automation & Process Improvement

• Identify gaps in current workflows and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Support development of tools, templates, and systems for better tracking and reporting.
• Work with Tech teams to streamline order flows, pricing updates, and reporting processes.

Reporting & Day-to-Day Operations

• Prepare regular reports on pricing, supplier performance, and commercial outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, pricing, and supplier agreements.
• Handle day-to-day administrative and operational tasks required to support business execution.

Market Awareness & Benchmarking

• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and supplier landscape across regions.
• Provide actionable insights to ensure competitiveness in all submissions and proposals.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in buying / procurement (preferably electronics, retail, or consumer goods).
• Proven track record in supplier negotiation and commercial deal-making.
• Experience working with aggregators, distributors, and direct brand relationships.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes.
• Ability to operate without fixed volume commitments and still secure competitive terms.
• Experience building or improving operational processes from scratch.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in regional sourcing across Southeast Asia or Hong Kong markets.
• Familiarity withe-commerce, marketplace, or rewards platforms.
• Exposure to automation, system integrations, or process digitization.
