Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Admin & Operations Executive to support our daily business operations. This role focuses primarily on administrative functions and coordination work to ensure smooth and efficient operations. You will work closely with management to maintain accuracy, organisation, and timely execution of tasks across the business.
Responsibilities
- Organise and maintain digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents
- Prepare invoices and track payments to support financial record accuracy
- Assist with basic accounting records and perform simple reconciliations for financial clarity
- Manage claims submission and follow up on documentation to ensure timely processing
- Support Work Pass application processes by preparing and managing related documentation
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to coordinate administrative processes
- Respond professionally to emails and phone enquiries to maintain effective communication
- Follow up on pending tasks to ensure timely completion and operational continuity
- Support day-to-day operational coordination to facilitate smooth business functions
- Assist management in executing processes accurately and consistently
- Maintain accuracy and consistency in administrative workflows to uphold quality standards
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in office administration, operations, or coordination roles
- Familiarity with email, spreadsheets, and basic office systems
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with invoicing, claims, or documentation work
- Prior experience with Work Pass applications
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience
Other Information
Working Arrangement
- Work Type: Full-time (On-site)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Work Location: Jalan Besar/Bugis area
Salary & Compensation
- SGD 2,600 – 3,600/month (depending on experience & capability)
