As an Accounts Receivable Analyst II, Global Finance Operations (US Rebates), you will be responsible for extracting rebate data from various sources and using tools like macros for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes. Key responsibilities include identifying and resolving data discrepancies, generating timely reports to aid decision-making, and creating dashboards for effective data visualization. You will maintain reporting templates to track rebate performance and produce regular and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Extract rebate data from various sources and systems.
• Utilize macros and other tools to extract, transform and load (ETL) data for rebate analysis.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
• Generate and distribute timely, accurate and insightful reports related to rebate programs, helping in decision-making and strategy.
• Create dashboards and data visualizations to convey insights effectively.
• Create and maintain reporting templates to track analyze rebate performance.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and maintain rebate-related data.
• Analyze rebate agreements to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Assist in the calculation and processing of rebates.
• Maintain detailed documentation of data sources, processes and reports
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance reporting processes and data quality.

• Understand data sources, relational databases, and data virtualization platforms.

• Write, maintain, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and views for data integration and reporting.

• Validate and troubleshoot data to ensure accuracy and integrity.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.

• Support performance tuning, automation, bug fixes, and ongoing database enhancements.

• Maintain and support existing data provisioning solutions.

• Document processes and adhere to development, testing, and deployment best practices.

Application Development (60%)

• Assist in developing and maintaining manufacturing applications using .NET Core and related frameworks
• Support bug fixes and minor enhancements to existing production systems
• Write clean, maintainable code following team standards and best practices
• Participate in code reviews to learn from senior developers

Collaboration & Learning (25%)

• Work with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Quality, Operations) to understand business requirements
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Shadow senior developers during requirements gathering and technical design sessions
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge base articles

Technical Support (15%)

• Help troubleshoot application issues reported by manufacturing users
• Assist in testing and validation activities before production deployments
