Job Description:

• UI Design: Applying design principles (such as color theory, typography, digital mockups, spacing, etc.) to create intuitive and visually appealing UI/UX interfaces, designing visual elements like buttons, icons, screens, etc.
• Responsive Design: Designing layouts and interfaces that adapt to different screen sizes and devices, ensuring a seamless experience on desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.
• Designing Marketing Materials: Assisting the marketing team in designing various visual assets, including landing pages, websites, ads, brochures, flyers, and product catalogs, etc.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience as a UI/UX Designer.
  A strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
• Skills: Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator).
  Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
  (Bonus) Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  Willingness to learn and develop front-end development skills if not already proficient.
• Other Qualities: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

• Required to work closely with the operations team to conceptualize ideas and submit proposals in a timely manner.
• Must play an active role in providing creative ideas.
• Must participate actively in the brainstorming sessions and processes.
• Participate in meetings as and when required for specific projects.
• Follow through the projects from beginning to the end ensuring the highest quality standards.

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in the event, interior design or exhibi- tion industries.
• Proficient in Studio Max, Photoshop CS3, Adobe Illustrator and AutoCAD.
• Creative individual with good design flair.
• Excellent time management with a proven ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
