Job Summary

Facilitate engaging corporate training sessions using designed curricula to enhance workplace skills such as listening, team dynamics, recognition, resilience, psychological safety, systems thinking, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate small- to medium-group corporate training sessions in-person and occasionally virtually using Visibility Design’s curricula and materials
• Deliver clear, practical content on workplace skills including listening, team dynamics, recognition, resilience, psychological safety, systems thinking, and collaboration
• Lead interactive activities such as discussions, reflections, role-plays, pair/trio exercises, and group debriefs to enhance participant engagement and learning
• Adapt training examples and emphasis to suit different industries and seniority levels while maintaining program design integrity
• Provide brief post-session feedback on participant engagement and learning outcomes to support continuous improvement

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience as corporate trainers or L&D professionals specializing in soft skills, leadership, communication, team effectiveness, or wellbeing
• Background as educators or lecturers familiar with adult learners, particularly in business, communications, humanities, psychology, or related fields
• Experience as coaches or consultants facilitating workshops, offsites, or group learning sessions for organizations
• Minimum 3 years of experience facilitating workshops, training, or adult education with working adults
• Strong facilitation skills demonstrated by clear explanations, effective group dynamics management, encouraging participation, and handling questions
• Warm and confident presence with strong listening, questioning, and debriefing skills
• Reliable, well-prepared, punctual, and comfortable collaborating with clients’ HR/L&D teams and adhering to agreed agendas

Preferred certifications (advantageous, not mandatory)

• ACTA, ACLP, DACE, or equivalent adult-learning qualification
• ATD, CIPD, or similar L&D-related certification
• Experience delivering corporate workshops in Singapore or the region

Other Information

• Engagement type: Freelance or part-time by assignment
• Schedule: Mostly weekdays during office hours or late-afternoon sessions
• Compensation: Rates commensurate with experience
