As a Administrative Associate, you'll collaborate with our internal team and leadership to conduct due diligence to solve every issues. This requires a versatile individual who can handle various administrative tasks, ensure smooth office operations, and assist with day-to-day activities.
The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.
What you will be doing:
Communication:
- Liaise with internal teams and external clients as required.
- Inbound / Outbound calls
- Handle routine inquiries and provide information to staff and clients.
Data Entry and Record Keeping:
- Input data into databases and ensure accuracy.
- Maintain and update electronic records.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Project Support:
- Assist with special projects and perform research as required.
- Support the implementation of new administrative processes and systems.
Who are we looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Proven experience as an Administrative Associate or in a similar support role
- ISP (Internet Service Provider) industry experience is highly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong multitasking ability with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Fast and accurate typing and note-taking skills
- Experience with outbound calling and client communication

- PHP 25,000 - PHP 50,000 monthly base salary
- The salary range may be inclusive of several levels that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be based on a number of factors including, level, relevant prior experience, skills, and expertise. This range is only inclusive of base salary, not benefits (more details below).
