Full Time/Part Time Responsibilities:

• Greet, seat, and escort guests with warmth and professionalism
• Present menu, take and process orders via POS system
• Recommend dishes and offer menu suggestions to customers
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
• Stay attentive to customer needs and respond promptly
• Clear and reset tables between meal periods
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining and service areas
• Support daily opening, closing, and preparation duties
• Assist in planning and supporting special events when required
• Handle customer feedback and escalate to manager on duty as needed
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
• Perform general housekeeping duties and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Full Time Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, team-oriented, and customer-focused
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and on rotating shifts
• No experience required – training will be provided (experience a bonus!)
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
• Salary to be confirmed based on experience

• Able to work 6 days a week and split shift: 12pm–3pm, 5:30pm–10:30 pm

Part Time Requirements:

• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and on rotating shifts
• Comfortable working split shift
• Flexi hours
• No experience required – training will be provided
• Minimum 1 weekday and 2 weekends
• Salary: Monday to Thursday $13/hr, Friday to Sunday & PH $15/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and cooking menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all food preparation and storage areas
• Ensure mise en place is prepared and restocked before and after service hours
• Assist with daily inventory checks and report stock levels
• Support in receiving, unpacking, and storing deliveries properly
• Comply with food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Report equipment issues or safety hazards promptly
• Assist with plating, garnishing, and food presentation
• Perform general cleaning and kitchen maintenance duties
• Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head Chef

Job Requirements:

• Relevant culinary experience is a bonus; Candidates or applicants with no experience are welcome to apply (training provided)
• Interest in Japanese cuisine and a willingness to learn.
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and on rotating shifts.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude and good work ethics.
