• Assist in preparing, organising, and maintaining audit-ready documentation
• Support the development and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Main Responsibilities (Project 1) : 3PL Partnership Audit

1. Audit Documentation Management

• Collate, scan, and index all official correspondence (emails/letters) related to the audit.

2. Audit Calendar & Logistics

1. Calendar Management

• Ensure manage calendar for all matters related IMS discussion.

2. Records Retention Tracking

• Conduct housekeeping of records, ensuring retention periods for QA/Safety/Environment records are tracked and met.

3. Compliance Register Admin

• Assist in updating the master list.

Main Responsibilities (Project 3) : CTO Audit

1. Audit Records Housekeeping

• Responsible for the end-to-end documentation management of all audit records: collating, scanning, and indexing the audit report, audit notification, audit evidence (site visit photos, checklists), and follow-up communication.

2. Calendar Management

• Manage the official audit calendar, scheduling key meetings, site visits, follow-up reviews, and internal prep sessions, ensuring zero conflicts.

3. Evidence Traceability

• Create and maintain a simplified matrix linking specific audit findings to the corresponding piece of stored evidence (e.g., linking a finding to a specific file path and document version).

Qualifications :

• Pursuing or completed a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Quality Management, or a field with a strong data/IT component.

• Perform and assist in legal research as may be assigned by any of the Legal Counsels.
• Perform and assist in document reviews, data extraction, data entry and migration.
• Assist in all steps required for the completion and signing of all legal agreements, contracts, legal forms, statutory declarations, affidavits, board resolutions and/or any legal or company secretarial documentation. 
• Assist the filing, scanning, organization, copying, saving and/or archiving of all such signed legal or company secretarial documentation.
• Assist to maintain and update the legal contract master list and corporate tracking list for all Teleport entities.
• Assist to manage the Contract Management System or any other systems implemented or used by the department on behalf of the legal department, to ensure all legal documentation is easily accessible and retrievable at any time.
• Assist in ensuring that all agreement templates, deal checklists and general terms and conditions are updated with the latest version for all Teleport entities, as required by the respective legal counsel.
• Assist the Manager or General Counsel with extracting documents and data or preparation of documents or reports pursuant to audit exercises, reporting or quarterly compliance testing requirements.
• Assist with stamping of agreements either online in LHDN website or hardcopy, as required.
• Prepare basic internal/external correspondences, letters, memo or legal online newsletters.
• Communicate with internal and external parties on behalf of the legal team,
• Other administrative, clerical and organization support as may be assigned from time-to-time by the legal department including assisting with arranging meetings, securing meeting rooms, and procuring stationery or tools.

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree holder or student, or any other relevant certifications or qualifications. Experience working in a legal department or law firm is an advantage.

The Accounts Payable Intern will support the Accounts Payable team in managing administrative tasks, maintaining financial data accuracy, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations based in Plaza Zurich, Kuala Lumpur. The role also involves assisting with system-related updates and contributing to ongoing projects to improve process efficiency and visibility across all airlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day accounts payable coding for 3rd party invoices and weekly vendor reconciliation.
• Independently coordinate with other Finance Team members and cross-functional communication within the Company and/or its subsidiaries to ensure completeness and accuracy of the data.

About the Role:

As a QA Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. You’ll work closely with the engineering team to design, execute, and maintain test cases, automate testing processes, and contribute to the overall improvement of our software quality. This role is an excellent opportunity to apply QA concepts in a real-world environment, sharpen your technical skills, and learn industry best practices in software testing and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and maintaining automated test scripts for web and/or API testing.
• Support regression testing and continuous integration pipelines.
• Document and execute test cases, report defects, and collaborate with the team to resolve issues.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving test coverage.
• Document test results and provide feedback on application usability and performance.
• Learn and apply QA best practices in a real-world product environment.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of QA concepts, SDLC, and STLC.
• Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript).
• Exposure to automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Karate) is a plus.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and tools like Postman is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus (Nice to Have):

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub, GitLab).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Exposure to Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
• Basic understanding of database queries (SQL).
• Prior internship, academic project, or coursework involving QA or test automation.
• Curiosity for new technologies and a passion for building reliable, user-friendly products.

Main Responsibilities (Tasks) :

• System Data Entry:
• Perform data entry for misroute cases into the system
• Collect and sort scattered details from individual team emails to complete entries.
• Ensure accurate logging of misroute case details.
• Basic Follow-ups: Conduct basic follow-ups as directed to gather necessary information
• Document Logging: Log relevant documents related to each case.

Note : This intern role provides fundamental support focused on data management and does not involve handling complex investigations or critical reports. 

Qualifications :

Age: 18 years or older 

Availability: Minimum 3 months; 6-12 months preferred

Education: Minimum SPM or equivalent.

Language: Good written and spoken English.

Technical Skills: Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, email).

We are looking for an Intern, reporting to the Head, Financial Planning & Analysis based in Wisma Tune, Kuala Lumpur.

• Assist in the preparation of yearly budgets for the Group
• Assist in analysing monthly budgets vs actuals
• Assist in preparation on monthly forecasts for the Group
• Assist in analysing monthly forecast vs actuals
• Assist in analysing trends, benchmarks and in-depth market research applicable to our business lines
• Asisst in analysing financial reconciliation data, identify gaps and recommend areas for improvement

These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have’ for the role:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas.
• Comfortable preparing presentations and reports using PowerPoint.
• Eager to learn and take initiative.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks.

• Perform price comparison and basic cost analysis to support supplier evaluation and sourcing decisions.
• Conduct supplier and market research to identify potential vendors and benchmark pricing.
• Support tender documentation and sourcing reports, including preparing summary slides and maintaining procurement records.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to follow up on quotations, required documents, and sourcing information
